This app is completely good, it's fast and accurate. The only problem I am having is too much face verification and I wish there can be another way using other biometrics like fingerprint rather than facial verification. I also wish they have their own wallet, it would be better than having 4 or 5 wallets being used for withdrawal of different tokens. Other than that, it's completely good.

From Canada. Apparently, some options aren't allowed here. The website page is very confusing for a beginner. The little info you showed me at the start was no help with navigation or what to do and where to do it. I tried to verify myself for the account, and it failed every time. With 2 attempts a day, I doubt I'll even log in tomorrow to try again. So I'm just going to delete everything.

Nothing seems to be working for me on this app. During the capped airdrop, I was among those who were logged out. Now, I want to setup password to transfer the little OEX I mined, but the app is turning me around like a pitchfork. I then decided to use the "forgot password" yet they won't send me a verification code to my email (not even inside the spam). Is it only me that this app is frustrating or are there many other people like me? Disappointed!!!
