worst as in. i received my interest amount in the end of month then i made a withdrawal and now mashreq is telling me they calculated my earnings and getting negative value for the next month lol i never experience this in my previous bank.super crazy. i think i need to find another bank. its my 2nd month and super crazy experience with mashreq. u need to calculate the earning in daily so if the balance maintained amount is less then it will not affect the computation for the whole month!

Title: Extremely Disappointed with Mashreq Bank's Customer Support I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Mashreq Bank. For the past few days, I have been unable to log into my account despite multiple attempts. I contacted customer care several times and even visited a service center, but no one has been able to provide a proper solution. What’s worse is that I followed all the video instructions available on the bank’s website, and still the problem persists. It’s unacceptable for a bank

This app is very slow and crash frequently can't able to add even beneficiary details in the web and app.Even if it's not idle automatically it will be logged out which is horrible experience to use these kind of application for banking transactions. kindly fix this issue for God sake with this kind of application you will not get customer base at all.
