You can also make calls in the watch address book on the watch to facilitate the user's daily life. Invasive, Intrusive, infuriating. I have more than 1 x Bluetooth device - believe it or not, as do billions of other people. When I want to use other devices, I should be able to without being bombarded with this app trying to connect. when I force stop the app, I don't want it to appear 1 second later draining phones resources. When I want a different watch face, it should not need to delete the previous face. How pathetic - 1 watch face at a time? Asks for a huge amount of permissions.

It's a good app, but I hope for more upgrades. I've used others that set daily goals and have more motivation about them. My old watch app displayed the BMI and was more informative on the medical front regarding weight. There are lots of watch faces to choose from, it runs smoothly and does the basics.

RDFIT has been a very helpful fitness platform. The app is easy to use, tracks my activity accurately, and keeps me motivated with daily stats and reminders. I really appreciate the smooth connectivity with my watch and the clear reports. It’s definitely helping me stay consistent with my fitness goals.
