The worst experience . I made a one-letter typo in my name when booking my flight, and they charged €40 just to correct it. For a change the airline itself charges only €10 — and even refunds it after the correction is processed. They charge €40 for the tiniest mistake or adjustment, even when you could easily fix it yourself through the airline. But I can’t go through the airline — because I made the mistake of booking my tickets through this travel agency

Do NOT download or use MyTrip. This company is absolutely not trustworthy. They cancelled my flight at the last minute and, despite contacting them repeatedly for over a month, I still have not received any refund. They explicitly ask you not to contact them via phone, email, or social media because of their “caseload,” making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues. They take your money for a service you never get. AVOID this app and company at all costs!

This app is braindead. Entering an order number didn't work and I had to tap on my email and down again to continue entering individual digits. In order to add the trip I had to tap "Add trip" THREE TIMES. Where the heck do you get your Android developers, some grade school in Hyderabad? FIX IT! If you are going to buy something from these people, use a credit card so you can instantly dispute and reverse any charges if they don't do what they are supposed to do!! AMEX is best for this!
