The website is much better. On the website I can use Google translate. Advice: be inclusive. Not everyone in Netherlands speaks the language. I feel like my money are not wanted because I don't speak Dutch. Only installed it because I saw there were some hours with app discounts. Also, I don't know how but it seems (maybe I'm wrong) that I see less relevant results on the app. I installed the app many times because I was hoping maybe they introduced the English language for Netherlands. Delivery status does not get updated for a week after the supposed delivery date, where nothing was delivered and the tracking says no product was even sent, yet. After painfully managing to contact support, the result is a canceled order from the seller's side. It took two weeks (one week after the declared delivery date) and me contacting support for them to notice there is no stock? That's a terrible system. Also, I saw the item in stock the same day it was canceled. Support unresponsive.

I ordered shoes from the application. prepaid full amount of the package and the package never came to me. They sent me an apologise email with a discount of 25% but did not send my money back. This is inappropriate from their side. I will never use the application. ever again! A very disappointing experience.
