They screwed up my booking. They misspelled my name on one of my flights. I had a layover - they correctly booked the first part of the flight, then on the second flight, spelled my name incorrectly. They then tried to blame me for it suggesting I improperly input my information- but that's impossible as I only gave my name 1 time, and the first part of the flight was booked correctly. Horrendous customer service 1 star is far too high.

Really bad overall. You think you have everything you need, once at the airport you're told you don't have the right forms and stuff which should've been provided by Kiwi. Even Ryanair was disappointed in me for booking with Kiwi. Anyway, they just told me there was nothing they could do for me, I was left at an airport in a different country, no refunds, no discount/voucher or a solution. Not even a single apology! Never was able to go to my final destination..

I paid extra to be able to rebook some flights and when trying to rebook them (two weeks before deadline) it was not possible, tried to reach costumer service for help, but response time was incredibly slow, gave no solution at all, even after trying on different times, it was a complete waste of time until the deadline was passed. Edit: after my complain here I obtained a fast response and got the entire money back to rebook again. That's why I changed this review.
