A terrible app, really surprising for a multinational company. I've wasted ages trying to adjust my subscription order, thinking I've achieved it, only to find when the order arrives it's still the same as last time. The app is slow, laggy and has server connect issues halfway through an order. The app also doesn't give any detail apart from the name and strength to the coffee pods you cannot order. So really it's pot luck whether you like them or not. Needless to say subscription cancelled.

Please fix the glitches in the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but still the app does not show anything when trying to shop for capsules. They have so many offers and codes to use but nothing in the capsules section to add to my cart! Had to call the company to make my order, that I used to be able to just do it over the app. Really disappointing!!

In general it would be ok, but sometimes feels untested. Example: Today it hanged for the first start, then it took a lot of time to find the recycle bags, because it was hidden under multiple hierarchies. Then seemingly I couldn't increase the quality from 0 through several attempt, but when I gave up, and went to the basket, there was one bag in.
