To activate cashback balance, it is impossible if you are an expat. You need documents to match the country you live in, even tho you can prove your tax residence and everything. The balance is unavailable until you change your documents, which for EU residents in the Netherlands is pretty much a waste of money. Support didn't help with the matter. Also, the loyalty cards are not even on the first page, it takes 3minutes only to get to the one u need. I preferred to use a different app for that.

Don't Order From Amazon With Their Card they declined the rest of an order like the amount didn't exactly match the remainder of the payment plan and Amazon pulled 90 from my bank account. Customer service is some kind of no help AI that told me I should make sure I have enough money in my accounts. Ridiculous. First and last time that I will use for Amazon payments. My day/week was already bad and Klarna just piled on top when it was used to give me a break.

In comparison to Stocard this app can't be rated more than 2 stars. Sometimes it takes up to half a minute to open my cards. This is not acceptable when you are going through the busy till. Holding cards until you load advertising is just not acceptable. Cards should be loaded instantly from the offline storage, then updates to the cards can be loaded from the cloud, and only after that the adverts and promos.
