app doesn't sync properly with health connect. sleep data not transferring, activity data not transferring properly. I have a cheaper set of scales that produce exactly the same data, and the app that goes with them, called insmart works perfectly with health connect. all in all I feel a bit ripped off considering what I paid for the scales.

The app had made great improvements and connectivity to the scales had been solved for a good while. Sadly, with the last update, stepping on the scales doesn't connect to the app once again. Why can't you properly test your updates, especially for connectivity, where you should know your main problems are???

every time I use the scale I make sure that it's connected to the Bluetooth I set my phone down so I can see that the app is going through the different data points but then it never saves the information in the app. customer service has a chat function but they never responded. no response to email either. this was the biggest waste of money!
