I didn't play the game for few months but now when I updated it and loaded it, I am unable to play it, only intro plays for a few seconds and the app closes. What should I do? Edit: I don't have any storage issues. The game won't just open. I think I'll have to reinstall it. Edit 2: The game is still not opening, can you check this issue?

Hi, we apologize that the game does not work correctly. You can clear the cache, restart the device, connect to a secure connection, and ensure that enough memory is available. The game is very fun and nice, but it has become boring due to a malfunction in the Black Pink world, and we (the blinks) demand its return because we have gained friendships because of it.. I hope it will be fixed. If it weren't for this malfunction, the game would deserve 5 stars ♥🙏🏻

I have to give it a one because I remember when I played the game when it came out the first time it had a lot of glitches. I didn't play the game for a long time because of that. I played the game again after 2 years and it's still the same, still has glitches. The blackpink world the mini game i don't know why but not all the games shows up the only game that lets me play is the Nunchi game.
