The app is in general very good and I love the service. but there a few things that don't work well. Often the connect to Sonos option doesn't work. Both the internal speaker and Sonos speakers are ticked and i can't select anything. I'm able to get around it by using the sonos app or occasionally by connecting first to chrome cast, then internal speaker and then sonos. But it's of course impractical. Additionally, the design of the tracklist is not very readable, it just feels busy.

just plays the same stuff over and over again hard to build a playlist hard to use just too hard... it's also hard to find the music I want to play I'm looking for classical music over the last thousand years and to get that into a playlist but it's impossible to do that. it's really hard to find compositions as well. and customer service is terrible

Great collection, much better metadata for classical music than competitors and a great sound quality (better than Spotify) even with the cheapest plan. The app could be a bit improved: sometimes it's reacting slow (about 1 sec delay) and it's not always intuitive (e.g. when playing from a 'suggestion based on x'-playlist: how do I get back to this playlist? And when searching and then clicking a result to briefly view it, why is the search prompt cleared when going back?)
