Whatever I am watching, it often gets interrupted because the app stops casting. Episodes start from the beginning even if I am already halfway. I still get multiple times an error message on the app while casting. I still need to reselect the subtitles for everything I am watching, even when watching episodes of the same series consecutively. While casting, if I switch to another app, and go back to this one, it simply disconnects from the device, need to reconnect and the controls get stuck

When using Chromecast, rewinding either goes back 1 to 2 seconds or it decides to fast forward to near the end of what you're watching. If you want to resume watching something, it doesn't pick up where you left off.nit starts right back at the beginning again and you have to guess where you left off. It's worrying that this is the app they plan on going with for all their platformsn (Disney, Hulu and ESPN). It sucks.

Hi Bev! We appreciate your feedback. Please clear the app cache, reinstall the app, and restart your Chromecast by unplugging it for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. When it works it's usually pretty smooth, but it's slow to load, slow to connect, and often just gets stuck on the loading screen. The downloads are unreliable and sometimes won't work unless you connect to the Internet first, which obviously defeats the purpose of downloads. Disney is such a massive corporation that they are fully capable of making a better app, which makes the poor user experience of the app worse. They could fix this, but they're choosing not to. Shoddy
