EGMARKET is an online shopping and selling app aimed at the Equatorial Guinean market. Our app is designed to make it easy and convenient for customers to purchase products and receive their orders faster.
You don't need an account to access the app. You only need to register when purchasing a product so we can process your data and provide you with a unique experience.

FLASH DEALS AND SALES
You'll always find products on sale. There's a sales period, and flash deals and sales last for 2 to 4 weeks.
DIVERSITY OF PRODUCTS AND CATEGORIES
You'll find a wide variety of products, including beauty products, sports products, electronics, home goods, clothing, personal care products, handbags, and accessories, etc.
PAYMENTS
- Payments are made by cash on delivery; the customer will pay upon receipt of the product.
- Payments are also available via coupons and E-MARKET Cards or EGMARKET Cards.
SHIPPING
- Shipments are only made within the cities of Malabo and Bata.
- Shipments to the rest of the cities in the island region (Bioko Island) and the mainland region will be delivered to a pickup point.
- For Bioko Island, deliveries will be made to the city of Malabo, and for the mainland region, deliveries will be made to the city of Bata. The customer will be notified when the order is at the pickup point.
- All the aforementioned deliveries are available for delivery to your home, provided you live in urbanized/social housing neighborhoods.
- In non-urbanized neighborhoods, deliveries will be made to a pickup and drop-off point established by the delivery person and the buyer.
RETURNS
All products purchased at EGMARKET have 7 business days to return them, and refunds are immediate.

When searching for products, you'll see trending products and a smart search by viewing images of the products you're looking for.
